What a lovely day to spend my time at the Snoqualmie YMCA for their Mother’s Day Tea Party! I enjoyed capturing the families as they made crafts and bask in the glorious evening sun….made me miss my afternoon teas with my girl friends in Hong Kong!

The tulip festival is being held from April 1-30 and hundreds and thousands of visitors from all over the world come to visit and celebrate spring as the tulips come to bloom. The dramatic, looming clouds did create a certain ambiance, don’t ya think?

This precious little girl breezed through our session in less than two hours! I normally do my newborn session around 3-4 hours, and she just slept through even during her most complicated poses
I love capturing her and her little umbilical cord that was yet to fall off. Little details like that are meant to be captured as babies grow so fast!
